✅1.How do you ensure the quality of your product?
We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with our manufacturers. We test everything before we send it to you.

✅2. How to order?
● Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
● Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart” Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
● In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
● Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen.
● Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Yes we ship internationally.

✅5.What is your refund policy?
●All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 30-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
●To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to sales@luxawish.com.
●If there is no problem with the quality of the product, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you insist on a refund, you will have to bear the shipping cost of sending it back to us.

✅6.Order never arrived / lost in transit
●If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Courier company to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.
●If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.
●If your order does arrive after a refund is processed,You need To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed

✅7.Shipping
●To return your product, you should contact our customer support team at sales@luxawish.com.
●You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
